9th International Cartoon Contest KARPIK 2011 - NIEMODLIN - POLAND
Competition rules:· Each author can send at maximum 2 original work·
The formats of the works should not exceed the A-4·
Each work should be signed on the reverse and bear the author's full address·
Theme: Fish, fishermen, fishing, anglers.

The works must arrive by 30 september 2011!
· After the exsposition, illustrations become the property of organizer and may be used for promotion purposes.· The winners as well as cartoonists qualifield to participate in the post-competition exhibition shall be provided with a free copy of a catalogue pubished by organizers.

" A arte da caricatura é uma das artes mais actuantes durante a monarquia na luta pelo Republicanismo e continuará a ser o principal cronista da sua vida, tentativas reformistas, divisões políticas… Ao ser uma testemunha jornalística sintética, é a forma mais directa e pedagógica de olhar para os valores e defeitos da republica. Quando: Inauguração pelas 18.00h ;Estará patente durante o mês de Novembro.
