6th Cyprus International Cartoon Contest/Cyprus 2014
The Cyprus
Cultural Association invites all cartoonists worldwide to take part
in the 6th
Cyprus International Cartoon Contest.
Theme:
“Artworks
at a humorous Glance”
REGULATIONS
1)
Cartoonists may transform famous works of Fine Art of both Classic and Modern
Period.
2) Each
Cartoonist is free to submit more than 1 cartoon, no captions.
3) All
submissions shall be sent online, via e-mail.
4)
Cartoonists are free to use any techniques they prefer.
5) Full
name and address should be written in the e-mail submission along with the
work.
5) An
e-catalogue will be sent to the cartoonists that will be included in the
catalogue.
6) Entry
deadline is on the 2nd of May 2014
7) The
exhibition will take place on May 2014
The winners
will be announced at the opening
ceremony
and will be informed of the results.
8) Cartoons
may be used for promotional and other purposes that has to do with the contest.
9) The
prizes are:
1st Prize
is 200 euro
and
9 other
Honorable mentions
(diplomas)
10 The
decisions of the jury are final and cannot be appealed.
