10 º Salao Internacional de Humor de Caratinga (Brasil)
REGULATIONS
1.DATE:Inscriptions: 31 de octubroWorks selection: 16 de novemberOpening: 28 /11/ 2009Exibition: 06 /12 /2009Place: Ziraldo Art and Culture House
2. CATEGORIES: Free Theme“Charge” : Graphic joke about nowadays journalistic themeCartoon: Graphic joke with universal and atemporal themesCaricature: recognizable graphic distortions of personalities
THEMATIC CARICATURE: Agnaldo Timóteo (ACQUISITIVE) singer and Edil from S.Paulo city.All the works inscribed in this category, independently to be selected or not, will be acquisitives for the Cultural Station Association of Caratinga.
3. TECHINIQUES: Dimension: 30 cm X 40 cm
Number of works: Each competitor will be able to participate with to three works for each category, that has not won at no other gallery or salon.The works must be unpublished and original. It won’t be accepted photocopies or computer reproductions.
4.AWARDNESS: It will be awarded a total of R$20 thousand Reais in prizes, divided as follows:
A) Three Prizes for 1st Place on the value of R$3,000,00 for each category;B) Three Prizes for 2nd Place on the value of R$ 2,000,00 for each category;C) Three Prizes for 3rd Place on the value of R$ 1,000,00 for each category;D) A prize for the 1st Place “Popular Vote” on the value of R$1,000,00 among the categories;E) A 1st Place prize to “Thematic Category” on the value of R$2,000,00.
The prizes in cash will be paid by Caratinga City Hall .
(*) All the finalists mentioned above will receive the “Pererê Trophy”, besides the prizes in cash; all of them offered by Caratinga City Council.It will be awarded by the Judging Commission five Certificates of Honorable Indication in all categories.
5. JUDMENT:
There will be a jury for selection and another one for awardness, made up by specialized people on the area.
The awardness jury keeps itself the right of not designating prizes to the categories which don’t achieve a sufficient level, transferring them to other categories or creating a special prize of the Salon. If the awardness jury confirms any kind of irregularity, fraud or plagiarism in one of the inscribed works, it will be able to cancel the award , offering the same one to the following artist from classification list. Awarded works will be spread on the Salon’s site after its opening and they will be contested in the period of one week after salon’s opening with reasonable proves on any irregularity done without jury’s knowledge. Another prizes and indications will be set according to Organizer Commission.All of them ACQUISITIVE.

The works will be returned until the end of one year after the event on September 30th, 2009; only to the artists that has sent a stamped special envelope joined together with the works. Those which were sent without envelope will be automatically given to the itinerant and permanent heap exhibition of the salon.When inscribing, the author transfers automatically, authorial rights of his works when awarded acquisitivetely, according to the Law Nb. 9610, February,1998 (Authorial Rights Law), therefore, universal and definitely in all use modalities and gratuitous, the rights of the author, guaranteed by the mentioned law; referring to the awarded work in the International Humor Salon of Caratinga and now integrant part of National Cultural Heap and Research and Graphic Humor Spread from Caratinga Cultural Association Station ; that reserves itself the rights to use them the way it judges better.Simply the inscription implies automatically that you agree with the terms of this regulation.

DIMENSIÓN: 30 cm x 40 cmNº DE TRABALHOS: Cada condirrente poderá participar con hasta três trabajos por categoria que no haja vencido ningún otro salón.Loss trabajos, inéditos, deberán ser originales. No será acepto fotocópias ou reprodución en computador.

Serán confiridos um total de R$ 20 mil reales en prêmios así divididos:A) Três prêmios de 1º lugar em el valor de R$ 3.000,00 por cada categoriaB) Três prêmios de 2º lugar em el valor de R$ 2.000,00 por cada categoriaC) Três prêmios de 3º lugar em el valor de R$ 1.000,00 por cada categoriaD) Um prêmio de 1º Lugar Voto Popular em el valor de R$ 1.000,00 entre as categorias.E) Um prêmio de 1º lugar na Categoria Temática em el valor de R$ 2.000,00
Los prêmios en efectivo serán pagos por la Alcadiá de Caratinga
(*) Todos los finalistas especificados acima van a receber además del do premio en efectivo, el “Trofeo Pererê”, dados por la Cámara Municipal de Caratinga.
Serán conferidos pó la Comisión de Juicio cinco Certificados de Menciones Honrosas en todas categorias .
5 – JUÍCIO
Los prêmios en efectivo serán pagos por la Alcadiá de Caratinga
(*) Todos los finalistas especificados acima van a receber además del do premio en efectivo, el “Trofeo Pererê”, dados por la Cámara Municipal de Caratinga.
Serán conferidos pó la Comisión de Juicio cinco Certificados de Menciones Honrosas en todas categorias .

Haberá un equipo de seleccion y otro de premiación compuesto por persona capacitadas em el area.Este equipo de premiación se reserva el derecho de no destinar premios a lãs categorias que no alcanzarem nivel suficiente, transferindo para otras categorias o creando um premio especial del Salón.
Acaso el equipo de premiación constate alguma especie de irregularidad, fraude ou plagio en un o más trabajos inscriptos, poderá cancelar la premiación concediendo el mesmo a otro artista siguiente de su classificación.Los trabajos premiados serám divulgados en sitio eletrónico del Salón tras la inauguración y poderán ser protestados hasta uma semana trás la a apertura do salón con pruebas cabilles de cualquer irregularidad cometida sin el conocimiento del equipo de premiación..Otros premios y menciones poderán ser instituídos a criterio de la Comisión Organizadora.Todos aquisitivos.

Los trabajos serán divueltos hasta un ano atrás la clasura del evento em 30 de septiembre de 2009 sólo a los artistas que enviarem un sobre debidamente sellado junto a los trabajos. Los que han sidos enviados sin el sobre, estarán concediendo automáticamente, sus trabajos al acerbo de la exposición itinerante y permanente del salón.
Ao se inscrever o autor automaticamente transfere a cessão do Direitos Autorais do(s) seu(s) trabalhos quando premiados aquisitivamente em conformidade com a Lei nº 9610 de fevereiro de 1988 (Lei dos Direitos Autorais) de forma total, universal e definitiva em todas as modalidades de utilização e a título gratuito, os direitos de autor, resguardados pela referida lei referente(s) à(s) obra(s) premiada(s) no Salão Internacional de Humor de Caratinga que passa a integrar ao Acervo Cultural de Pesquisa e Divulgação do Humor Gráfico Nacional da Associação Estação Cultural de Caratinga para todos os fins de direitos que se reserva de fazer deles o uso que aprouver.
